  9. Build a Preventive Plan
  10. It’s not enough to only respond to incident. The goal should be to be able to reduce or prevent it to happen again in the future. That’s why it’s important to have the detailed information of the cause, factors, and damage. So that, agencies can build a specific plan to prevent the incident in the future.
